These terms and conditions govern the use of the WinCleo Casino platform. By registering an account, a player accepts these terms in full, along with any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published elsewhere on the site. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and a specific promotion’s rules, the promotion’s rules take priority for that offer.

Eligibility

Players must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher, to register an account. WinCleo reserves the right to request identification documents at any point, not only at withdrawal, in order to verify a player’s identity and confirm eligibility. Providing false information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Deposits And Withdrawals

Deposits are typically credited instantly. Withdrawals are processed after verification and any active wagering requirements are cleared, and may be subject to a review period for fraud prevention purposes. WinCleo does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though a player’s bank or payment provider may apply its own charges outside of WinCleo’s control.

Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are separate from the cash balance until wagering is complete

• Slots contribute 100% to wagering; table games contribute 10% unless stated otherwise

Fair Play And Game Rules

All games on the platform use certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, real equipment operated by trained dealers under studio supervision. Game round history, including the Crash provably fair seeds, is available to players through the account history panel. Any player suspected of using bots, exploiting a technical error or colluding with another player may have their account suspended pending investigation, and any winnings gained through such activity may be voided.

Responsible Gambling

WinCleo provides tools to support responsible play, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. Limit reductions take effect immediately, while limit increases take effect after a 24 hour cooling-off period. Players who wish to self-exclude can do so for a fixed period or indefinitely through account settings or by contacting support directly. WinCleo does not market promotional offers to self-excluded accounts.

Account Closure And Suspension

Players may close their account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. WinCleo reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, underage gambling, breach of these terms or a legal requirement to do so. Where an account is closed for reasons outside a player’s control, any verified cash balance not connected to a breach will be returned.

Changes To These Terms

WinCleo may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, new features or operational needs. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the platform ahead of taking effect. Continued use of the account after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Disputes

Players with an unresolved complaint should first contact support through live chat or email. If a resolution cannot be reached directly, the dispute may be escalated to an independent alternative dispute resolution provider as listed in the account’s licensing information. WinCleo aims to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe and keeps a record of the process for regulatory review.

Intellectual Property

All content on the WinCleo platform, including the golden temple branding, graphics, game titles licensed from third-party studios and written material, is protected by copyright and trademark law. Players may not reproduce, redistribute or use platform content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Game titles remain the property of their respective providers and are licensed to WinCleo for display and play on the platform.

Limitation Of Liability

WinCleo is not liable for losses arising from factors outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays or scheduled maintenance affecting game availability. Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout, WinCleo reserves the right to correct the account balance and void any winnings derived from the error, regardless of whether the funds have already been withdrawn. Players are encouraged to report suspected technical errors immediately through live chat.

Currency And Exchange Rates

Accounts are held in the currency selected at registration, and deposits made in a different currency may be converted at the payment provider’s prevailing exchange rate, which can differ slightly from rates quoted elsewhere. WinCleo does not control third-party conversion rates and is not responsible for discrepancies arising from currency conversion outside its own systems.

Severability

If any individual clause within these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining clauses continue to apply in full. WinCleo will replace an unenforceable clause with one that reflects the original intent as closely as possible within the bounds of the law.
